How do I become a 4-H Volunteer
One question commonly asked of 4-H Youth Development Extension Agents is, "How do I become a 4-H volunteer?" Ohio State University Extension has a standardized policy concerning volunteer involvement in Ohio 4-H Youth Development. All volunteer applicants who will work directly with youth must:
- Complete the Ohio 4-H Volunteer Application Form and Interest Check list

- Read the Ohio State University Extension Youth Protection Policy
- Read and sign the Ohio 4-H Volunteer Standards of Behavior
- Receive and review a Volunteer Job Description explaining volunteer rights and responsibilities

4-H Endowment Patio
The Putnam County 4-H Council is building a paver brick "Memory Walk/Patio" located on the Putnam County Fair Grounds. Dedicated bricks can be purchased from the council by individuals and companies. Proceeds from the bricks will be directly applied to the Putnam County 4-H Endowment Fund.
